How To Return An Item

Returning an item couldn’t be simpler. We are happy to offer a refund of any new, unworn WAT THE BRAND product with its original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery*. Once the 14 days have lapsed, we are unable to offer a refund.

To return an item please fill in the required information in the returns portal in order to proceed.  

Once the item has been received a refund will be issued.

Extended Christmas Returns:

For anything purchased after 21st November, you have until 9th January to return it to us.

Shipping of Returns

We are unable to take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping your return package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.



We are a small business and are currently are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend reordering the item through our website.
