How To Return An Item

Returning an item couldn’t be simpler. We are happy to offer a refund of any new, unworn WAT THE BRAND product with its original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery*. Once the 14 days have lapsed, we are unable to offer a refund.

*EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS - All purchases made from 1st December until 25th December can be returned until 25th January 2022.

To return an item please email support@watthebrand.com and we will tell you how to proceed.  

Once the item has been received a refund will be issued.

 

Shipping of Returns

We are unable to take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping your return package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We are a small business and are currently are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend reordering the item through our website.
