How To Return An Item

Returning an item couldn’t be simpler. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange of any new, unworn WAT THE BRAND product with its original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once the 14 days have lapsed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To return an item please email support@watthebrand.com and we will tell you how to proceed.  

Once the item has been received a refund will be issued.

 

Shipping of Returns

We are unable to take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping your return package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We are a small business and are currently are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend reordering the item through our website.

 

Final sale

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund, which means all sale purchases are final.
