ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?

  • Our returns portal has been set up for ease for our customers, however there is a £4 charge for admin and the shipping label which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

  • Unfortunately not at this time.  We recommend reordering the item through our website. 

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

  • Returns must be made within 28 days of receiving your order 
  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging with tags
