Shipping

We are excited for you to receive your item as soon as possible. We offer several different delivery options, including an expedited next day service. Depending on the method you selected at checkout, it can take up to three to five working days to ship. Once we have shipped your purchase, we will send you a tracking link so you can follow your package as it finds its way to you.

 

UK Shipping

Standard deliveries are sent through Royal Mail on a tracked service so you will be updated every step of the way.

Next day deliveries are sent through DHL Express* - Orders need to be placed prior to 1.30pm.

 

*Scottish Highlands and Offshore Isles will be shipped by Royal Mail tracked and are not eligible for next day delivery.

 

WAT The Brand offers free UK delivery for orders over £125.

 

International Shipping

We are excited to say we ship internationally.  In order to be as fair as possible to our customers the rate is specific to the country we are sending the goods to and will be calculated accordingly in the checkout section once the delivery address has been entered.

 

Please be aware customs and duty payments will be liable for you to pay to the courier prior to delivery. 

 

International shipping will be through Royal Mail International for Europe & DHL for the rest of the world.

 

VAT and Duties

Due to recent changes following Brexit, any orders outside of the UK will be liable for customs and duty payments.  The amount will be dependant on where the order is being shipped to and you will be contacted by the courier to advise of the payment amount prior to delivery. 

 

Tracking Your Order

Once we have shipped your order, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow the status of your shipment. If you are having any issues with the tracking number, please contact our customer support team at support@watthebrand.com.

 

Cancelling Orders

We are still a small business and unfortunately at this moment in time, when an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it before it is shipped. If you need to return any item please read how to here.
