Shipping policy

 

We are excited for you to receive your item as soon as possible. We offer several different delivery options, including an expedited next day service. Depending on the method you selected at checkout, it can take up to three to five working days to ship. Once we have shipped your purchase, we will send you a tracking link so you can follow your package as it finds its way to you.

Wherever possible, all UK orders will be processed and sent within 1-3 working days.

* Royal Mail Tracked 24 should be the next working day for over 94% of our postcodes, but we cannot guarantee this service. If you need for next day, please upgrade to our next day service 

* Orders placed before 2:30PM will usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed later will be shipped the following day. This applies on weekdays, which are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Delivery times are approximate times and should be seen as a guide.

*Scottish Highlands and Offshore Isles will be shipped by Royal Mail tracked and are not eligible for next day delivery.

 

USA 

We are excited to say we ship to USA with duties and taxes on us!

*For orders over $200 we cover all duties and taxes for deliveries. Orders under  $200 we cover duties and you will only pay shipping fees

Please note we cannot be liable for duties for any returns, this will need to be prepaid by yourself in order for us to receive your return.

International shipping will be through FEDEX Express Shipping  (1-3 working days)

*Please note shipping and duties and taxes are calculated and paid at the checkout so you will not receive any nasty suprises when your order arrives.

Cancelling Your Order
