We are excited for you to receive your item as soon as possible. Depending on the delivery method you selected at checkout, it can take 3-5 working days to ship. However, alternatively, we offer a next day delivery service. See our shipping section for delivery options available.

When your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow the status of your shipment. If you are having any issues with the tracking number, please contact our customer support team at support@watthebrand.com.

We offer returns on all new, unworn WAT THE BRAND purchases with their original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns and Exchanges page for more information

As a small business, we are currently unable to offer exchanges. All refunds of new, unworn WAT purchases with their original tags are processed as soon as we receive your return. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be transferred to your account. 

If your purchase was made using a gift card, the refund will be re-credited to the original gift card.

Oh no! That’s not meant to happen, so please contact us immediately on support@watthebrand.com with a photograph of your damaged item and we will work to rectify the situation for you.

We are able to accept most major credit cards, along with PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. We hope to accept alternative payment methods in the near future.

WAT THE BRAND’s gift cards are digital. Each e-gift card has a unique code in the confirmation email, which is only redeemable at watthebrand.com . Simply, enter this code at checkout in the ‘Discount’ field to redeem your gift card against your purchase. If the full amount isn’t used against one purchase the balance will remain on the e-gift card.

We’re bias, but because our gift cards never expire and fit everyone’s size and taste, we’re certain they make the perfect present.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it before it is shipped.

Due to an overwhelming response and popularity, some WAT THE BRAND pieces do sell-out. However, it is possible that certain styles may be restocked. If a style you're interested in is out of stock, please reach out to support@watthebrand.com or message us on social media @Watthebrand to find out if we are restocking.
